This notice is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and describes how personal data is processed when you visit gabrielepieretti.dev, write to the email address shown or book the intro call.
This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

The website contains no forms and collects nothing from those who visit it. You can get in touch by email or by booking the intro call on the external Cal.com page the “Book” buttons lead to: either way the data is whatever you choose to provide, and without it your enquiry cannot be answered or the call scheduled. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses no cookies, neither technical nor for profiling, and employs no analytics or tracking tools.
Ten items of browser local storage (localStorage) are used:

The MegaAdventure game, which runs in the browser, does not use localStorage but IndexedDB, in the space reserved for this domain: it writes a single store there (/userfs, the Godot engine's own storage) holding the best star count per level and the unlocked abilities. This too stays on the device, is never sent to any server, and is removed by clearing this site's data in the browser settings.
They are all strictly necessary to deliver a feature you explicitly requested and therefore require no consent under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code, which implements the ePrivacy Directive. They hold no identifying data, stay on your device, are never transmitted to any server, and can be deleted at any time from your browser settings.
4. Third-party services
All website resources, including web fonts, are hosted on this domain: while browsing, your browser makes no requests to third-party servers and no IP address is disclosed to external providers in order to render the page.
The only outbound connections are links you can click, pointing to LinkedIn, GitHub, miraviso.it and the booking page on cal.com. Following them takes you off this site, where the privacy notices of the respective operators apply, including any cookies those sites set.
5. Recipients of the data
Data is processed by the controller and by OVH SAS, which provides hosting and email services as a processor under Article 28 GDPR. The servers used are located in the European Union. Data is not disseminated, sold or transferred to third parties.
Intro call bookings are handled by Cal.com, Inc. (San Francisco, United States), which processes the data of people who book on behalf of the controller as a processor. The appointment is then recorded in the controller's Google Calendar.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Booking the intro call involves a transfer of data to the United States, where Cal.com, Inc. is based: for transfers out of the European Economic Area, Cal.com states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy mechanism such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Cal.com privacy policy). The Google Calendar in which the appointment is recorded may also involve processing outside the EU, under the safeguards provided by Google.
Apart from this, no personal data is transferred to third countries or international organisations.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 GDPR at any time:
- access to your personal data and to information about the processing;
- rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data;
- erasure of your data, in the cases set out in Article 17;
- restriction of processing;
- data portability in a structured, machine-readable format;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
Requests should be sent to info@gabrielepieretti.dev and are answered within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence.

This notice may be updated following changes to the website or to applicable law. The version in force is always the one published at this address, with the last-updated date shown above.
