This notice is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and describes how personal data is processed when you visit gabrielepieretti.dev or write through the contact form.

Providing the form data is optional, but without it your enquiry cannot be answered. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses no cookies, neither technical nor for profiling, and employs no analytics or tracking tools.
Three items of browser local storage (localStorage) are used:
gp-lang— remembers the language chosen through the IT/EN switch;gp-nonogram-save— keeps the game in progress in the Nonogram game (grid, marked squares, lives and elapsed time) so that it can be resumed.gp-campominato-save— keeps the game in progress in Minesweeper (field, uncovered squares, flags, lives and elapsed time) so that it can be resumed.
Both are strictly necessary to deliver a feature you explicitly requested and therefore require no consent under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code, which implements the ePrivacy Directive. They hold no identifying data, stay on your device, are never transmitted to any server, and can be deleted at any time from your browser settings.
4. Third-party services
All website resources, including web fonts, are hosted on this domain: while browsing, your browser makes no requests to third-party servers and no IP address is disclosed to external providers in order to render the page.
The only outbound connections are links you can click, pointing to LinkedIn, GitHub and miraviso.it. Following them takes you off this site, where the privacy notices of the respective operators apply.
5. Recipients of the data
Data is processed by the controller and by OVH SAS, which provides hosting and email services as a processor under Article 28 GDPR. The servers used are located in the European Union. Data is not disseminated, sold or transferred to third parties.
6. Transfers outside the EU
No personal data is transferred to third countries or international organisations.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 GDPR at any time:
- access to your personal data and to information about the processing;
- rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data;
- erasure of your data, in the cases set out in Article 17;
- restriction of processing;
- data portability in a structured, machine-readable format;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
Requests should be sent to info@gabrielepieretti.dev and are answered within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the supervisory authority of your habitual residence.
